making and posting mixtapes seems to be the one task i can consistently stay on top of.  as has become custom for the middle of each month, i’ve made a playlist of fifteen songs i’ve been listening to a lot over the past month.  this month’s installment features new music from alabama shakes, popstrangers, tyler, the creator, veronica falls, and hounds before lions, along with older cuts from bands including beach house, dirty projectors, youth lagoon, and the gaslight anthem.  check it out.
